We are not a big box store and we do not purchase this product overseas to stock in large quantities and then resell here on Pricetronic.  We are 100% Made in USA. When you order comes in, we make your kit and ship it out the next day!  If you choose to return the kit simply because you have changed your mind, or if you ordered for the wrong size cooler, it is very challenging for small businesses such as ours as we cannot easily resell your kit to another person.  Also, if you have removed the wrap from the box we shipped it in, we are not able to resell it at all.  Just as we would not a returned kit to you, we will also not sell it to another customer.
