Returns If for any reason you are not satisfied with your part(s); (i.e., quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.) , you can return the part(s) within 10 days of receipt. The returned part(s) may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. SWM does not issue credit on original shipping fees. Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit The Carrier is responsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If your package/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a “claim report form” from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part to Steve White Motors.
